Position Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Estimator to join our family-owned and operated company. In this key role, you will meet with homeowners, assess roofing, siding, and exterior damage/upgrade needs, prepare accurate proposals, and help guide customers through the process with clear communication and professional expertise. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and stable, year-round work.

What You will Do

• Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations for roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage projects.

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals using industry-standard tools and software.

• Build trust with homeowners through strong customer service, transparent pricing, and honest recommendations.

• Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.

• Follow up with leads and support the sales process from initial consultation to signed agreements.

• Stay current on product knowledge (GAF, CertainTeed, etc.) and local building practices in Harford County, Cecil County, and Baltimore County.

What You Bring

• Required: Proven experience as an Estimator or Sales Consultant in roofing and/or siding.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, reliable attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local site visits.

• Positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to doing things the right way.
